STC 50313 Fitting Instructions

Hi Guys,

Picked up a bargain dual pod light kit (STC 50313)

It is however, missing the fitting instructions. Any ideas where to obtain??

Popped into my friendly dealer to be told that it wont fit my 1998 1.8. and that they cant help me with the fitting guide.

"For the V6 only" was their only helpful suggestion - any ideas why LR people??

Im hoping i can modify to fit as my cheapo freelander has a huge scratch that can be hidden by these pods.

Any info appreciated

Is it the lamp pods that attach to the front 'A' frame bar? (see link)

I had a look through the RAVE CD and cannot find the part number you refer to, just instructions to fit pods onto the bumper/A frame.

When searching, I came across fitting instructions for the A frame (bull bar!) and it does have different instructions for V6 models.

Let me know if you want the instructions I have emailed.

They are similar, but my ones are the dual lamp type. They are supposed to fit an A frame, but have parts that enable them to be fitted without the bar.

Thanks for all your help - checked every lamp fitting manual and managed to find one that is Identical. - STC53068
