Everything was great yesterday 2.5 DSE running like a top no problems starting warm or cold (hot fix fitted) today nothing,it churns and churns and refuses to fire. Any ideas? RAC are on the way but I would like to have some ideas for them. I can hear the tank pump working. 2002 DHSE. Many thanks as ever.
 
I had a new door handle fitted last week by RR specialists. It worked fine after that. Does the re sync involve the key and door locks? Can I do that?
 
Possibly. I think Wammers means the code in the BECM doesn't match the engine ECU one so will need synching again. In short you need to read the code from the EMS and write it into the BECM. Need synchmate or something like Nanocom if that is the case.

Sounds like it. Go easy with that Easystart. It can cause damage. I think there's an emergency fuel stop switch behind the driver's kick-panel but it sounds like a sync issue. If you take the fuel pipe off is the lift pump pumping fuel?
