Get a new bosch one. They're around £60-70. Had a starting problems for years after fitting another make. Spent lots of money replacing other parts.

Bosch one has been perfect for 3 years. People in my motor club don't cheer when it starts now!

Bearmach I think. Was afew years ago now.

Quite a few years ago...!! when Jesus was a boy??

This is only the bosch type...on their website.

They don't say bosch on them now tho. Maybe I just got lucky tho It came with a bosch spec sheet l. I'd probably still go for this one tho. Could still be a rebranded one.
Sorry chaps.

That is where i got my spare unit from, Looks very good tbh. But I managed to get the old one working so it sits in my spares box for emergencies.

Cheers

Sorry guys I'm useless. Found the paperwork. It dosent say bosch anywhere. Tho it came with the bosch specification chart. Can't find that tho. Might be worth enquiring to see who supplies them.
The bearmach one has been perfect and much better than the other make it replaced. I'm thinking bearmach used to supply bosch starters as theirs maybe.

I have a btitpart cheapie on mine, been on for a few years now, been sunk/full of mud more than once, so much mud it stopped working, stripped/cleaned and still working just fine.
The quality of the parts inside is proper low rent, the Bosch that was on it before had wonderful quality insides.

Like most things it comes down to money.
