Thank fook for that. I was beginning to think my TD5 was faulty cos I don't have a clunk on start up.
Must be summit to do with me NOT having ABS then. Now I can go back to worrying if my landy does go clunk on start up.

My Td5 is a deepender not a disco. I don't know how many came without ABS but as mine's a special vehicles one made for the leccy board it wouldn't surprise me if they stated 'NO ABS' as part of the deal.

You had me confused there. It probably doesn't have leather seats, heated screen and Harman-Kardon surroundsound then. And how can you possibly go down a hill without HDC?
