The srs light is lite all the time on my 2000 p38 and air bag fault warning also any idea,s anyone

try checking the plugs under the seats , as the seats moving sometimes snag and cause a bad connection in the plug

you will need to cycle the ign to check the fault cleared

What do you mean by cycle the ign !!!!!!!!

take the key on a bike ride !

seriously , just switch ign off and then back on a couple of times so that SRS ECU gets to run a couple of system checks to see if clear
