springy noise under light acceleration

I've search through but cant find any ideas in the many weird sounds from my landy threads

On gentle acceleration I get a sound like a spring being put under pressure (if you see what I mean?) its coming from beneath the gear stick area. If I accelerate a little harder or decelerate it goes away. I had new UJ fitted to front prop shaft recently if that helps.
Car is TD5 110 1999.


Its driving me mad

Finally figured it out, a small stone had got jammed up in a crevice and was creaking when the drive train was moving.
Drove me mad for blimmin ages

Well done. bloody stones!
Would of got me so annoyed!
