alright folks i recently bought a 2001 p38 4.0. its a belter. but its giving me a few problems. all was well untill last week when the after driving a few hundred yards the warning light came on and the speedo stopped working. all other instruments work fine. i took it to a local "specialist" who used his diagnostic tool. he told me it was saying EAS as the fault. he reset it and all seemed well, well for a week. Now the EAS warning simbol is on and the speedo is not working again. also when i parked the car yesterday only the rear went down to the parking height. i then used the central locking fob to open the doors and the front of the car went down ?. and now sometimes the ride height is not adjusting with the relative speed i'm doing. When the warning is on the car is set a highest ride height and seems to be locked there. it does reset after ignition is turned off.

Could this be connected. ie the speedo and the automatic ride height?

any ideas. or anyone reccomend someone in the glasgow area to help fix it.

much appreciated

Garry
