Morning all,

Does anyone have a 2.25 or 2.5 na engine they're wanting to get rid of?

I'm looking to rebuild one on the bench before swapping out my tried 2.25 diesel in the Series 3.

Will be getting fully stripped but ideally something that hasn't got any massive issues.

Where are you ?
 
Norfolk, but travel all over for work. So anywhere between not Norfolk, Devon, Dorset or Hampshire is workable for me. But not scared of travelling for the right engine.

Are you still looking for a 2.5 na engine, I stripped one out the other year and have it sitting in my garage?

There's a few bits missing off it, that I've used on my new engine,

Land Rover Defender 12J 2.5na Engine (Ex Mod) for sale (for reconditioning)

I've just removed my old 12J 2.5na engine as it was suffering from serious "blow by" and replaced it with a reconditioned engine. Does anyone want to purchase the old engine to recondition, it comes on a wheeled stand for ease of transportation and the fuel pump? I've had to srip off a few...

Thanks for the post, I actually got myself a 200 tdi which is undergoing a full rebuild currently, so thanks but I'm all good now!
