After 10 years owning a P38 I'm quite used to that feeling of uncertainty you get on every trip. Although I always got to where I was going without the need of a recovery truck ever in those 10 years.
Of course there were more than a few times when I couldn't get it going so couldn't actually start a journey and the car was at home.
