Some maintenance done and still no heat, and Winter is on the doorstep...

wet drivers footwell means O rings or heater matrix is shot you might be able to replace the O ring without taking the facia out.
but drying out the carpet can take days I have just replaced the Matrix and hope it dosent go again.

Sorry i misread the footwell side so your O rings and matrix should be OK

Or pollen filter covers, or blocked aircon drains

Yes it seems to be seeping in through the pollen filters, but it is a very tiny amount. I unblocked the drains from the underside towards the end of last year. Could not work out how to get to them from inside.

It was not very wet in there today, so hoping it is a little residual damp from before I "thought" I fixed the leak.

Strange I have plenty of heat in this weather though....
