Some diagnosis needed

Hi all!

As some of you might know I’m taking my freelander to Africa, which so far brought me to Gambia. So far so good, except that Larry is starting to show some difficulties for which I am seeking advice. I am trying to be as precise as possible. (Clutch was replaced before this trip.)

At the moment, the car is starting to show some vibrations (mainly on the gearknob but you feel a light vibration through the car), when I accelerate from 2nd to 3rd, and to 4th. When braking down, similar vibration.

The vibration is less when I push the clutch, so it is not the wheel alignment or balance.
Car does not make any weird sounds, no humming, or rattling whatsoever (surprisingly). Runs smooth idle. The car just makes a bit of a “brr” sound and little shake when turned off.
Clutch is new, tires are new and brakes are new so kind of rule that out.

I am suspecting the CV joints, left was checked and greased and confirmed ok. Except the Senegalese guy butchered the car badly doing so, so didn’t want him to do the other side. Other thing I suspect is the fly wheel, but not sure how easy they give in and would suspect it goes with other noises.

For both things I wonder, can I still drive the other planned 8000km?

Appreciate all help and advice. But bear in mind garages and parts availability is not like in Europe ;-)
