Location
Near Heathrow.
After installing new coolant pump & thermostat, onnected all the hoses & started putting water in for first flush.

Found the 90deg tee section near the oil cooler under the starter motor had snapped the 8mm outlet. No idea how that happened as I didn't touch those hoses.

Anyone know the part number for that tee piece ??

If it's the one in the pic then I certainly didn't have any luck finding one, it only comes with the hoses as far as I could gather. Mine had a small crack where one of the larger hoses pushes on but luckily it's been OK 🤞. I'm off to Newbury LR spares day next Sunday so I'm going to look for one there 'just in case', best of luck. I think the p/no is PCH118134, that's for the facelift TD4 M47.

Andy, those are certainly similar, but would need hose routing modified, plus one of those push-on fittings.

I have sent request to JLR classic parts to see what they come up with. Their online diagrams are the same as the one above with no part number !!

PEH101210 seems to have a suitable tee, but wrong hoses. Could adapt that if I can find at the right price !! Or even this Skoda one if the hose sizes are about right. Engine Coolant Tee Distributor Hose Connector

If all else fails, I will look at making something using plumbing fittings !!

It's a 2005 facelift. 3 door auto, but that shouldn't matter.

The Skoda fitting will be a bit tight because the hose sizes are a few mm bigger. Will see what JLR Parts say.

This set is the correct bundle, but don't really want to spend £120 when the hoses are all ok.

Not sure I'll ever understand LR's parts list 🤣🤣, as the part you linked should only fit upto the end of MY2002. My 2004 TD4 c/no started 4A so I'm thinking your 05 should start 5A & should use the PCH118134 as that's for c/no's 3A0 onwards (which is the correct hose for my old 04). So confusing🙂.

It's SALLNAAE15A496xxx. The diagram I posted is "from 3A000001" acording to Allbrit parts so should be correct. The DLS site say "up to 2A999999" for both versions !!

Will see if I get a response from JLR Classic Parts, and also check at local dealers. Will take the diagram & photo with me just in case !!

Nice work 👏 I wish I could find that larger tee in my post #2 for mine, I'll look at Newbury LR auto jumble 🤞.
Do you know the hose connections on yours ? If not I will measure mine later this week. Just measured, and they are about 32mm for the large hoses. Will do a search while I'm hunting for ours !!
