Freelander 1 [SOLVED] TD4 Engine from Rover 75 to Hippo TD4 - any Gotchas to look for?

Guys,
I'm buying a low mileage td4 engine from a Rover CDTI 2002 Auto.
Other than stripping off the torque converter etc. to fit my dual mass flywheel.
are there any other gotchas to be aware of?
I know my turbo has to be swapped over...
but is there anything else?
I'm taking the full lump including ancillaries. (excl. auto box.)

Generally speaking BMW engines are subtly different for Manual and Auto versions, but in theory should work.

The only major difference will be the injectors, but if it gets you running, you can worry about that bit later.

@B34R - My Original Injectors are good.... I just have crankshaft float - hence the engine purchase.
Shame I can't use the turbo cartridge from the 75 for my Hippo :-(

What give the 75 more poke?? is it the injectors (calibrated by the ECU) - the turbo, or both?
I would love the try and get a little bit more oomph but at the rover 75 level - not eh remapped (prone to go bang) level in the hippo.

OK... Gotchas are:-
Injectors
Wiring Loom - the rover one is much longer (by about 1m) and there are subtle differences in the connectors into the ECU.
The Bracket between the AIRCON Compressor and the Alternator Bracket
Alternator (Bigger than Rover) - I had to angle grind the bracket for the 150A to fit
Steel Coolant Pipe from Thermostat (which wraps around the engine.
The Turbo
Plastic Pipe from AirBox to Turbo Inlet
Flywheel (especially as mine was off an Auto)
EGR Pipework (unless Webasto heaters are fitted or NOT fitted to both cars)
Basically... It was easier stripping the new engine down to the bare block - except you can leave the exhaust manifold and air box on.
the High Pressure Fuel Pump seems to work perfectly
