Freelander 1 [SOLVED] Complete Rover 75CDTI on my drive - anyone any ideas for ripping the lump out of it quickly

Hi Guys (and GIrls)
I've just taken delivery of a Rover CDTi 2.0 M47 Engined Rover Tourer.
The engine purrs like a kitten and is attached to an auto box.
Question..
Anyone taken one of these out of a 75 before?
if so.... whats the quickest way to do it?
also.
Is there anything anyone would like to bid me for before i get the car crushed following the engine donation?
I have a key and all of the ecu wiring and ECU itself.
the auto box works in all gears - forward and reverse...
Anyway.. back to the original question.... maybe a link to the rover 75 electronic manual would be very useful.

Remove the front panel/rad pack
Big grinder throu the front edge of the subframe
Undo exhaust, undo driveshafts, undo engine mounts
Out it comes (pretty much)

Use an axe to hack the front end off. Hack out the bumper, rad, slam panel and lower crossmember. The axe needs to be sharp and heavy.

Use a grinder and cut through the driveshafts. Careful, they can nip the disc and shatter it.

Snip, hack or saw through loom, pipes, trim and ony other bollox in the way.

Unbolt the mounts and either crane the engine out or tip it onto a couple of old tyres.

If I am not fussed about the car I can get the engine out of most things in under 10 minutes.

I actually need to get the car on a trailer to get it to the weigh bridge afterwards... so the wheels will need to be held on some how..
yes.. i can take the bumper off and rad pack... but as you are aware - by following my posts.. I will need to keep as many items as possible - just in case i need them.
possibly would like to sell some bits to help me fund the project too.
It would be good to try the auto box in the freebie with the rover shafts - to see if it is something that could be done - to exclude the IRD...
But.. it is a freelander I'm doing......
I'm looking at many mods before it goes onto the road....
outside first - then MOT, then inside to play around with.... would likt to try and mod a facelift dash into it too - or at least play around to get a double din unit in there somewhere!
once this Rover has been weighed in... i will look for a damaged freelander facelift - but being "Originally" a Yorkshire man... I'm "as tight as a natts chuff"

I did think you needed the bits, therefore there is no quick way, get your spanners out and start unbolting, disc cutter would loosen the slam panel tho

cheers.
I have disconnected all pipework today, all wiring looms, PAS, AUTO and AUTO Cooler.
Just need to get the Auto Selector disconnected, unfasten it underneath then rip the front off.
the mini digger will do the pulling!

got the lump out.... had to cut the front cross member, and had to cut a drive shaft....
I took loads of pipes in one peice and kept the wiring looms - although similar connections, the wires are longer...
Anyway.... I never realised the turbo was so much smaller than the freelander....
I'm going to fit new turbo seals and bearings to mine, and ask a friend in the business to balance it up for me.
