 I own a Discovery 2 Landmark (04) Warranty has just run out however just before it did the Clutch packed up. Dealership replaced however following the major down pour that most of us experienced over the last week or soo the entire carpet inside is soaking wet. Are these two connected or is there another issue here?? Help if you can...

Try the two links above, easiest place to start.
If it's not the A/C then it's more than likely sunroofs leaking (Can be main seal or drains), as a first check you can pull the headlining edge trim around the sunroof out and have a quick peak under the headlining to see if you can spot any evidence.
There was a great post with pictures of a repair using kitchen cabinet joiners if I remember right, but I couldn't find it when searching.
Tis fairly straightforward to repair but a ballache to strip all the trim out, if you haven't got a garage then you need a sunny weekend.

it could aso be leaking from the windscreen surround.

as a general rue of thumb... if you park on flat ground...

water in the front footwells - windscreen
water in the headlining at the A pillar - sunroof
Water dripping in the boot from headlining - alpine windows

water inside the car - landrover discovery!
