I was just wondering if any of you Southern lads have had any exciting adventures or dramatic rescues in the snow recently. Or maybe anyone who copped some of the snow in the north. Pretty horrendous for the linesmen sorting out the Taupo / Napier road.
The plan is to go to the Chateau on Monday for breakfast then a look about. Hopefully the west side of the mountain is open. The Desert road has had some issues recently. The heavy rain today caused a few headaches for those north of Auckland. Certainly not petrol engine conditions.
On the maintenance side I must take some time out from decorating and fit new bushes on some shocks. It also appears I may have to fit a new clutch on the S2a. Not a priority as yet but will have to tackle it sometime.
