One of the work d4s (2014 3.0 Diesel)...
Done some research and realised the vacuum pump gasket has failed, it's leaking oil, and where the pump dumps the air it sucks from the vacuum into the oil return its escaping through the broken gasket.
Next question.. how the hell do you replace that thing? Is it a body off job? Access from the top looks extremely limited and you can't even see it from below..
