I was hoping that someone could advise me of what they think might be wrong with my 2006 Discovery 3.
The problem which has occurred recently is that when starting the car from cold, the acceleration is really sluggish and even with my foot to the floor, the pick-up is really slow. This has put me in a couple of dangerous situations recently as I have to pull out onto a main road every morning!
The acceleration eventually picks up and when the car has warmed up the problem seems to subside albeit, the 'kick-down' doesn't seem to be quite as sharp as it was.
Been down to a garage this morning and the chap there said that it could be 'a multitude of things' but also said that he had not come across this before.
Could anyone please shed any light on this.............
Many Thanks.
