Hi,
Just thought I'd share a time / effort saving idea here I stumbled across for removing slave cylinder bolts, and works just as well when putting them back in.

I have read on here previously someone got their head stuck, so this should help those inclined toward such behaviour, also.

2 extension bars joined together on a socket. No need for squeezing hand between exhaust and chassis rail. Just need to take it easy when putting back in to make sure not to cross thread.

So simple.

What engine gearbox combo you got there then @Shanec , not that I know if it makes a difference.

I did mine a few times the other week and had no trouble at all with it. using a 6 inch extension on a 1/4 ratchet and socket .Mine is a 300tdi with a R380 gbox.

Cheers

Mine's an LT77 and I used extension bars put together, as per the poster. I was bleeding the slave cylinder, but it's the same principle. It works well.
