Skan4x4 breakers: Reputable?

Just been looking on ebay and found items by the above seller based in Much Wenlock. Is the seller reputable? Their ebay feedback score says they are, but anyone on LZ used them bewfore?

Not used them myself but a few I know have without any problems. When I was after a part recently that the independant I use didn't have, the suggested that I contact Skan so I figure they must be ok.
