Hi All

I have had a bit of a read through of the silicone hose threads and all the information seems to be about the sucking/expanding of the originals.

The info i require before going out to buy a set of rad and intercooler ones is:

There are a few aftermarket sets on ebay for a reasonable price but some people say go original but i am looking at £300+ if i went that way. Are the ones on ebay worth it? and has anyone bought a set of there that could provide feedback please..

Many Thanks

Chris

They will be just fine, I bought a set for my 200 90 approx 2 years ann many miles ago, no issues at all, the ones on the series were bought purely as they were the cheapest and again 4 years and quite a few miles still in one bit.
Same with the heater hoses bought the size I wanted and fitted it.
Most people who say buy original are bar stool mechanics, the kind of people who change things because they THINK it needs changing rather than it needs changing and understanding the reasons why.

I was very interested in a set for my 300tdi. Paddocks has some kits available, can anyone vouch for their quality?
