Side step bolt required

Bought some Defender steps for the SIII and the bolts on the hinge are corroded up and I'd like to replace them, ideally with stainless. The bolts are M8 by 35mm long but have a 19mm head which for M8 is normally 13mm. I've tried searching but to no avail, but maybe i just don't know their precise name. Other option is an M8 with a flanged head. Any ideas where I can get some or what I need to be searching for?

Seems an obvious answer but why did LR use a 19mm hex in the first place?

Why not? Probably just what they had to hand at the time.

Possibly to make it easier to snap the bolt off when it was rusted in.
