Disco 2 Shuddering/rough ride

Hi I've not long picked up a late 2004 disco landmark. It has only done 70k miles and is very clean and tidy. Starts first time but has three issues that is starting to cause concern so I'd be grateful for any guidance please:
1) abs, hill decent and tc Amber warning lights keep coming in either at start up or whilst driving.
2) it's difficult to shift into second gear when it's cold
3) when driving along its starting to really shudder and jolt. Usually when shifting from 2nd to 3rd and revs drop below 2k then full accelerator is applied. I initially thought it was fuel starvation but the severity of the jolting, I'm now not sure.
It's going to have to go in the garage I think before it gets worse but any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Not sure about 1)
2) Check it has the right gearbox oil, MTF94, as you have just bought it, its an idea to check/change all the fluids anyway, low mileage or not.
If someone has put something other than MTF94 in, it can cause that sticky shift when cold. The gear shift should be possible with just finger tips even when cold.
3) Could be injector loom or wrongly coded/mixed up injectors if they have been out for injector seal replacement, do you have any service bills that say the seals have been done? Mine need recoding, its starts and runs ok but "hunts" a bit below 2000 rpm.

Youre judder could be injector harness.
G/box is one of those things doubt you will cure it with oil
Flashing lights could be N/side ABS sensor, but could be any of the 4
