Shrinking on new ring gear

Im nearing the end of rebuilding the 5mb diesel following rebore and new pistons etc, 200di in the landy with a plan to get it started on the ground so hoping the starter will work ok , I did have it stripped down a few years ago and not 100% sure it went back as it should, so be back here in a while with progress report, you’re right about costs I try not to think of them
