Well words cannot describe the service I got from the Stratstone Dealership in Perth, to say it was shocking would be an understatement. But knowing what I know about them now I would rather suck out my eyeballs and fill the empty sockets with molten glass than go back to them.
As an ex employee of Stratstone or crapstone as i'ts commonly known I can well understand the frustrations of customers and the horrendous service they encounter. As an ex technician I have seen the arrogant management destroy and grind out the enthusiasm of their staff and watched customer, staff retension plummet to the point of no return. Management are the problem and I strongly urge people not to use them.
Rangey-V8, why imply that someone who has bought a RR new came by their money easily, how do you know this, strange comment they may have worked hard for years and years, anyway where do second hand cars come from !
