It`s between crossover thingys where the long pole goes...

Welding tops of chassis I got me head stuck between the wheel and arch ,it was the ears flipping out ,I got it in ok.....

it looks like a brake compensator thingy.. for when you have weight it the back ,it gives you more rear braking when loaded than when you dunt got weight in the back.
