Just found another service sheet for MY99 on it gives a first oil and filter change at 24K then every 24K miles. Seems you pays your money and takes your choice.

He could be quoting in Km's considering he is on the wrong side of the Channel :D:D (before you say anything I know it equates to about 18.6k Miles - just wanted to try stick my oar in!!):p

48,000 mile service is the big one. Customer can choose which service they want doing when they books car in. Some owners actually think they can go between services without checking any levels or even tyre pressures. Famous quotes like "Sir there was no oil showing on your dipstick, when did you last check it"? "Does it need checking i had it serviced same time last year" Knobheads.

Who is talking about axles:confused: I was confirming your 24K intervals for the auto box but made a typo (brain fade) and put 48K. A much earlier one gives the auto as sealed for life.

None, i was just referring to MY99 service schedule that says change axle oil at 6000 miles then not again until 96,000 miles seems a bloody long time. Unless i read it wrong. :):)
