Does anyone happen to have an upper tailgate handle off a series lying about? Not overly bothered about the internal handle at the moment though it would be a bonus.

but its just a simple turn handle like you'd have on the back of an old tractor cab, if you measure the hole and pop down to a tratter shop they may have something in a dark corner

Garage door handles are pretty much exactly the same and I was looking at them but all of them seem to be chrome and the last thing I want is a random bit of bling.
Might look into the tractor cab handle, just so long as its cheaper than 20 quid for a new series one. Cheers for that.

Infact stuff that, just looked them up and they've not cheap. No cheaper than 20 quid anyway. And there's no tractor type places near me really

Reckon I'm just gonna use two bolts instead of the handle. It's not actually for a series, what it is is that I've knicked treweys idea and cut my rear door down into a catflap and I was just gonna make up a lock and handle using the series one but ill just put two normal snib bolts on the inside of the catflap and padlock the antiluce toggles on the outside.
