Where do you guys park our series vehicles up at night, I'm in the process of restoring mine into a canvas top, my question is, will storing it on a private driveway be safe enough or not?

If it's not going anywhere at the moment, can you not stick it up an axle stands and whip the wheels off, certainly can't be driven/towed away then:confused::confused:;););)

It's in the process if being restored at the moment, i mean after its restored as I will use it 3-4 times a week

Diskloc...... check;)
Alarm........ check;)
Immobaliser....... check;)

tie a big guard dog to it. ;)

I just leave mine on the drive... disklok on, battery isolated, empty of anything exciting.

Probably helps that it looks battered to f**k.

CCTV will be going up in the next few weeks though once i've finished decorating the living room for the missus. That'll make me feel a bit better (can set it to trigger alarms if anyone goes near it and monitor it from phone / internet, etc.)

i just leave mine on th drive

behind an iron padlocked and chained gate with a label on the dash saying ( vehicle restricted to 40mph ) and a sign in the back window saying ( on tow) and just fer good measure a bit of shredded BT draw rope dangling off the front bumper :D:D:D

Hows this for storing your Land Rover. I spotted the distinctive S1 roof from the cable car in Fuschal, Madeira. No Idea how he got it up there!!

A Series be it soft top or hard top is so easy to break into and steal, additional security devices make it harder for the tow rags.
