Be a bit different: Sandglow, like BL used in the 70s and used on the Camel Trophy, don't paint over the galv cappings and keep the roof limestone as they came out of the factory.

There is an issue here, while I agree that a gavi chassis looks puka, they are a target for low lifes :violent:who nick them to sell to the unsuspecting! LRO advises painting your gavi chassis to try to stop this. Pity!
galvi chassis i dnt have that luxury im talking bout the cappings and those bits
Hello, have been getting a galv bulkhead ready for painting and need to match the original coloue grey as best i can. Can anyone give some advice on colour code or paint name for my 1981 Series II 88", the original grey is in the picture below.
