Series 3 inner dash loom location for fixing

Im rebuilding what was a part finished restoration of a 2 1/4 diesel series 3, and i am a little stuck on the location of the wiring is there part of the dash loom that runs from the drivers side across t o the passenger side blower then out the bulk head grommet to the engine bay if so where does the part of the loom in question attach going across, the reason i ask is whoever put the loom in has it sitting on top of the dash tray and looking at other landrovers i can not see the loom at all.. any ideas or pictures would be of great help..Im building this from books and research but nothing really shows this area..

From what I remember it just runs across in the lower dash on the level of the wiper motor

The upper part of the pic is the bottom of the black plastic tray which I pushed upwards to leave room to remove that bolt securing the lower dash to the bulkhead , the slightly corroded one on the bottom is the upper side of the lower dash. You can see where the loom passes through. Hope this helps even if there is some delay
