TBH I had thought of galv, but I'm going to have to cut out a fair bit of crud out of the bulkhead, so I'm worried that distortion will occur if it gets dipped after the repairs, I'll just make sure I 'shutz' the inside and give it a good few coats of primer! It really is a cheap as possible kind of idea to get it on the road, I was going to prep the chassis for galv, but again I've decided to wax the inside and prime a black gloss it a few times instead!
