Dunno about the clams direct thing, everyone is doing it and we are all being screwed for insurance because of it, so is it right or wrong?
My motor was bumped and for a while I was considering going to a solicitor to stop solicitors from mithering me, I was bombarded from calls and mails from firms like claims direct, I didnt claim, didnt think it was worth it, I'dve had to be in the car at the time of the bump to have got any injury, instead of buying a paper.
Honest comes in different flavours, but straight forward yes, besides I didnt really want to try and claim for injuries for a bump that occured while I wasnt even in my car.
However I have heard stories of others claiming for injuries even when they were not in or near the vehicle at the time of a bump, and getting a payout.
Yes mi'lud I received whiplash while I was queing for milk at the shop because someone negligently ran into my car outside.
That could only happen in this country.
false claims cause our premiums to rise.never mind the ****ing whiplash get your arse to the doctors complaining of a constant ringing in your ears specially when its quiet
the doc will put it down to something called tinitus wich is worth a cool £10 grand easy and its near impossible to disprove
