Series 2a Door Top Fitment Problems?

Hello
I'm continuing my project SHY series 2a. Managed to get the front windscreen buttoned up, BUT (there's always one of those lol) the door tops I've fitted do not fit the profile around the front angle (windscreen to door profile)
This is what I'm faced with. All Blue gaps are fairly parallel but the RED shows a large gap at the bottom of the door top and overlapping outer frame at the top (See image)

So my Question is:- Are the door top front angles different on the Series 2a to that of the Series 3 and the Defender?

Looks like the screen needs pulling back. Have you had the bulkhead out or repaired could be thats a bit ****ed.

You always have to bugger about with door position/screen position etc. It's a Land Rover!

Had opposite issue with mine. I had to ratchet strap the screen angle back and bolt the roof on to keep the rake angle. I would have thought you could easily angle the screen forward and nip up again?

There should be two hinges inside the vehicle either side of the screen consisting of two nuts along a long bolt, they connect the screen to the bulkhead, these are not ''tighten down as much as you can'' bolts, these are adjusting brackets to get alignment right.
Align your screen , then tighten the nuts to suit, starting with the bottom one first.
