Self Leveling unit for Def 110 Wanted

I am looking for a self leveling unit for my 1996 110 CSW. I have recently replaced shocks/springs with genuine standard stuff.
Obviously must work and be in good nick if possible.. I want one I can just fit without a fuss. Not after anything for free.... just a reasonable price.

In the next couple of weeks I am driving from Wigan down to Bristol for a few days if that helps... I know some have removed them and replaced with HD springs, hence popping it on here first as someone may have one in the shed/garage. PM me if you can help.

I know we have a wanted section.... can we leave it here for a day

Am I correct in saying that Defenders can be driven without one fitted. Im sure mine hasnt got one.

The Boge self leveling unit was not fitted to all 110 , if not fitted different springs were fitted . The idea was the lighter springs gave a better ride, and the SLU ensured a level ride when heavier load

Hmm, I might be on the look-out for one soon as well. I'm not 100% sure whether mine's still operational. Was planning on checking it out this Sunday when we head out of town for a shooting competition (5 people [5 in another car] plus all the guns, ammo and bags in the back).

Must remember to take something to measure the level...
