Previous owner was an elderly disabled chap who it would appear regularly sat in large amounts of chip grease if the driver's seat squab is anything to go by. It should come with a bio-hazard warning.
The squab foam is badly collapsed on the outside where he slid in and out, plus the covers are..... absolutely minging.
I've looked at getting Sparco / Cobra / OMP or similar seats, but by the time you add in new frames and mounting kits, plus found a way to relocate the seatbelt pretensioner, it's a whole pile of cash. Not out of the question, but not really what I want to spend my money on.
Has anyone replaced the squab foam or covers on their Freelander? Any recommendations for suppliers? I'm going to ring around a few upholsterers on Tuesday but thought I would throw it open on here in case there are some freelander specific parts knocking around.
Ta!
