After having my seat box swiped by some little scrotum i am on the look out for another, as i am too much of a newb on here i am pretty much stuck with flea bay. There are a few for the TD5 but will these fit my 1989 110 ? Any advice will be muchly appreaciated

Yes but you will need to drill the rivets out on drivers side as it has a box for ecu

The transmission tunnel diaphragm is a different shape, a TD5 seatbox is designed for an r380 gearbox and yours should have an lt77.
So i'm guessing thats a no it wont fit :-(
