Yeh, its frikin steep there. He really was lucky, could have gone right over the cliff. I've lost the brakes on my D1 on roads out that way.
There are numerous signs saying campervans and the like should not go down this road, well if you can call it a road, its barely a track. He's come off of it and become a passenger. The signs really should not be needed - common sense should prevail.
