Hi Guys, Gals and those who are not sure!

After looking around, I reckon this forum would suit me and M a treat, you have a laugh!

new owners of 110 Landy, looking forward to getting muddy with it, but having trouble finding out what's going around these parts. Have been shown a couple of green lanes, but looking for something a bit more fun in the locale (Hertford)

The Landy is mechanically sound but in **** order cosmetically, so will be looking to all for advice etc (esp parts), will keep you posted.

Hi Goonarmy,
Yep, pay n play, Green lanes, just about anywhere I can get the beast muddy! But, being a complete novice, nothing to serious just yet! Although it does have a winch fitted, I'd hate to HAVE to use it until I get a bit more good at this!

errrm, the light bar, yes well, err, this was a 'steal' from work before I left them, I posted a while (not under this tag) back seeking advice re should I buy it, '85' V8, 82K miles, no rust (really - kept in heated workshop every nite) roof rack, winch, split charge, ripped seats, pukey green, covered in ****e and er yes the light bar. SO i was finking, later this month, when all the locals go off on the ice etc I could sort be a sort of legit recovery.....or when Greenlaning in Nth Wales (that still a goer Yella?) and I get lost, well, be easy to spot me!

Then there's the Landry rallies, I could get poaid tp go as a Marshall Vehicle....then there is the 4x4 rescue team...you know, i fink i may be able to make more with this lightbar than i paid for the 110

Yeah, guessed that, maybe i could get sumit for it on flebay, although could still be quite fun, drove it t'other day lights on etc, surprising No peep pulled over any law against a flashing yella light? (I know it's a bit didgy to put flashing and Yella in the same sentance normally, but well...:D )

Not a prob right now, she's in for a new cluthc right now, then going in for LPG fitting, thirsty bugger old V8 for a day to day vehicle

NOW you say, just taken the bugger orf, still, easy to put back on, so what condition is the series in, cos i'll put that light bar on so ficking tight you could use it as a towing point if your gonna put your motor up!
