SatNav blues....?

My Freelander Satnav has been regularly updated with more recent discs.and I'm familiar with how you can change the language setting and geographical ares of interest, having chosen France, Spain and Portugal in the past. However.....
After a recent (thorough) cleaning of the dashboard, my Satnav seems to have changed its principal operating language from English to (possibly) Dutch?, making it very difficult to operate.
Any ideas how I can revert to English....?
Appreciate your help. :)

Is it the later 7 inch touch screen type where the radio, sat nav and phone number entry is all on screen? If so I could provide instruction on what to press to get to the language change page in order to put yours back to english.

When the screen is running there will be a digital clock in the top right. Touch the digital clock. The screen will now change. 5 boxes will appear on the left hand side. Touch the forth box down. The screen will change again. Centre top is the current language option. In the top right is the Change option. Touch change. The screen will change again to slow a sliding menu in the middle of the screen. Select English UK from the menu. A conformation box will appear. Select the left option, yes. The screen will update and now use the language selected.

I guess I’ve misled you, my home screen shows only Settings and Navigation. I ave uploaded a picture of the homescreen hoping this will help.?

ok so before I broke my FL2 last night I had a look at my sat nav for you.
go into the sat nav, you have a row of buttons down the left, not the bottom one but the one above that is settings, select that
same row of buttons, this time the bottom one is language, hopefully you can take it from there.
