Pretty sure you can't. At least I've never figured it out. It's a safety feature. I can tell you how to turn the seatbelt bongs off though

And what does the warning screen say? If it's the standard NAVTEQ disclaimer then you can't stop it appearing every time you switch the SATNAV on.
