hi i have freelander 1 2005 td4 is it poosible to fit sat nav unit from hse model and if so any mods i need to make
any pics mate i thought of doing this the other day be good to see yours bud if you dont mindOr you could do what I did. I bought a Tom Tom start 500. I then removed the clock and its surround and stuck the Tom Tom in the clock recess using a couple of bits of butyl tape, I fed the power lead back through the clock hole to the centre console to pick up power off the cigarette lighter. It look almost as if it was designed to be there,Its quite a nice sat nav and even switches on when you start the engine.

I'm looking for a Freelander at the moment and I fully intend to do something that looks factory. I did a similar thing on my nav-less D3 using a trim panel from a D4.
