Ive got a keyring of the Blackpool tower as well!
just wondering if anyone has had any sat nav issues. My wife’s 6 week old Evoque is back in the dealership for 3 days after already being back as they can’t sort the sat nav problem. The issue is the sat nav speaks in a foreign language. Using the language menus will not change the language. The dealership so far have not been able to sort it. Anyone else had this problem?
Or even better shouting, very slowly, at it.Have you tried shouting at it??
There are a catalogue of unresolvable electronic problems from what I have read and not just with the Ejoke. What’s some of the other problems that’s being reported?
thanks for your reply. Sounds like this might be one of those Unresolvable ones. Car to be in the garage for another week. There are a catalogue of unresolvable electronic problems from what I have read and not just with the Ejoke.
Garages have nowhere near the level of expertise needed to fix all the unnecessary electronic stuff in cars these days and inbuilt SatNav is useless over here after a year or so as it is out of date.thanks for your reply. Anyone that can't manage with a map might find learning a foreign language difficult. You could always learn what it's saying? No?!
I mean how hard is it to learn 'left, right, straight on, you have reached your destination' , in another language.
Manuel?QUE.
Si.Manuel?
Don't hit me! Always you hit me!
Interesting that it's giving a location that far out, it's almost as if the Yanks have turned selective availability back on. All my GPS enabled devices now give my location some 500metres away from actual which is how it used to be in my sailing days with S/A.My satnav still works however it seems to think i'm in haverfordwest roughly 120ish miles from where i am!!
lol ya gotta love 'em.
