A couple of weeks ago I saw two special forces Landrovers
driving through the middle of Bath: no roof, windscreens
down, all the fittings, etc.

My question is this, is it legal (for me) to drive a LR with
the windscreen down?

Thanks,

Tim A

As long as there's still the required number of mirrors available, yes.

Tell me how did you KNOW the landrovers were "special forces"?
Actually they probably were from Recce Pl of the Light Infantry Coy that is
now part of "The Wessex Rifle Volunteeers" (spit).
