Aye it does sound like that..... BUT with sooo many on the other trip and a lot of reserves missin out he is hardly takin peeps away from the other trip.... i dont have a problem that we are told fook orf we will sort our own trip....:D. it is not on the plains it just lanes from i think the LRO magazine that stubs has found. :D

im sure its not intentional and its not taking peeps of the other trip but ya can see how it comes accross:)

as i stated very early on in the fred,i know a land warden who works for landmarc and they are already aware of the original planned trip to organise another one on the same day is just plain madness(excuse the pun):)

Man, you are either genuinely missing the point, or trying hard to start a flippin row. It's nothing more than those that missed the list going out to play as well. Yes same friggin day, yes in the same friggin area, but keeping out of the way, cause the list is full, and I'd like to join in the fun of the moment!!! FFS dude your starting to sound like one of those "are you lookin at my bird" "did you spill my pint" paranoid dilusionals". The only FU you in this devious ploy is the one I'm trying to resist developing for you!! We/you/LZ don't own the friggin Plains. If toys out the pram was the figgin deal, I'd be organising a plains trip ten foot behind the LZ trip with Barry Friggin Manilow on full blast on all CB channels at once. Now FFS Chill out:)
 
The fact it is on the same day works well for me as I had made sure I had no plans for that day incase I made it on the plains list. As it happens I still get to go meet folk and do some lanes instead of going out on my own…which is constantly advised against.

The fact it's not the same routes as the plains works well for most people as it keep traffic numbers down.

Stuballsed done the right thing by passing it by the organisers of the plains trip.

I don't think there is any planned boat rocking, or toys out the pram etc just a couple of us whom understand we didn't get on the plains trip list in time, respect that the organisers want to limit the numbers and didn't want to just whinge about it and slag people off etc......unlike some!
 
maybe you havent made it too clear,it seemed the way its been put forward was you were following the main group

but it seams as tho your not,im not out to start an argument atall i was just stating how it looked and may possibly to look to others

im big enuff and ugly enuff to admit if i get it wrong and apologise if i have
im sure if you rad back thru some of the pages ref the trip there were certain people who were definately out to cause upset

but you have to admit how it looks..

And, for the record, we are one hundred percent keeping clear of the main Plains trip, because they is ful. Tough luck, we missed this one, and we don't want to risk blight to 4x4 use of the Plains by running a second Plains group nearby, or try and create a second group conflict, so we is going to play on the Lanes to the south instead, and, maybe, if anyone can get so organsised, meet up for a pint and some tall tales before heading home:D
