rubber tool or hi lift mounts

hello folks

I cant remember the name of the brand that made these really useful hard rubber mounts. They are always at the shows and usually only selling their own mounts. Ive seen them used for hi lifts and pioneer tools. Trying to buy some so I can mount all my tools and daily recovery gear behind my front seats on the bulkhead. Any brands or ideas would be helpful really wanted rubber to try and keep the noise to a min.
