Is there a possibility that the exhausy manifold is cracked and makes that noise not the exhaust itself?

If it is cracked, it's still broken.
Did you purchase it anyway?

I exchanged it yes.

Drives like a new car. It may be exhaust leaking or a gasket, hasn't been pinpointed yet.

This is a good car.

It's a full option I think. HSE, rear entertainment, TV, 6xDVD, 6xCD....

It's smaller in the inside then the Audi was.
