RRC V8 3,9 vogue SE vaccum hoses setting

HI,
Almost finish the rebuild...still have to find the right place for the vacuum hoses.
- I have a black ball with a hose going through the bulkhead, but don't find the way for the other hose ...
- The vacuum pump should go to the cruise control actuator ?
- i have 2 hoses with a plastic T ?
How to link all these items ?

I wasn't aware that the Classic had such a thing as a vacuum pump, the latest MY I've owned was a '93 & that didn't have one.
On my '87 3.5efi the vacuum comes from a small rubber hose connected to the plenum & provides the 'suck' for the fresh air flap (heating) solenoid & cruise control fitted to later years.

I wonder which hose connect on the yellow circle mark ???
first one through the bulkhead, the hose was cut
2nd on the plenum
