Has anyone had any experience with seized electric park break (fault : park break fault red warning on display) will not disengage , turns out Land Rover decided not to put in the emergency release loop under the cupholders like the pre 2013 models

Is it under the next cover down held with a couple of screws, sure i seen that somewhere.

Or is it in 1 of the rear cubbies, sure they wouldn't of got rid of it.

There is no loop under centre consol like the older model, I checked with Land Rover they’d admit they didn’t add this feature for some reason The problem I have is the car is sat on the drive with what seems like one or both rear brakes locked on and a park brake fault message on the dash
