Roverron box l series worth it?

Hi, starting to get a bit fed up of my l series being so sluggish. I have de catted the exhaust and unplugged the egr valve. I was thinking about getting a tuning box but not to sure about spending 150 quid. Can anyone who's used one give their opinion on them please. Or if anyone's got one for sale second hand I might give it a go.

I have tried searching but I'm using my phone and for some reason it's showing no results.

You can make something that does the same job cheaply, Google rover l series tuning.

That plus turning up the boost a bit will make the car much better.

Forgot to mention that I've also turned up the boost on the turbo.
I'll have a look on Google now to see what I can find

peirburg maf sensor and roverron box..like driving a different motor...well it was on my rover 45 which uses the same l series motor.
the one i had is no longer available....this is the one for the freelander now...

same for me, just fitted Ron box and Pierburg maf sensor, perfect, deffo a much better car

What sort of gains can.be expected from fitting the box?
And does the pierburg maf make much difference?
